How Does It Work?

All shipments will be fulfilled by Bpost, PostNL, DHL or Fedex. Your package will be delivered in 48 hours (Belgium & Netherlands) or in 4-7 working days(Rest of Europe). 
If you are not available to recieve your package, the delivery guy will leave a note for you and you can recover your order at your local post office.

How Can I Pay?

Secure Online Payments

Our online payments are fullfilled and secured by Mollie.
We accept payments through Bancontact, iDEAL, Paypal and most Credit Cards. After processing and accepting your payment you will recieve a notice on our site and a confirmation email to your email adress. If you choose to pay directly online, we are able to fulfill your order within 24 hours. 

Bank Transfers
After placing your order you will recieve an email containing your payment details and confirming your order. We will fulfill your order after recieving the full payment. This transfer should take one or two days.

 

How Can I Return My Order?

We allow our customers to return their order 30 days after delivery. If you wish to return your order, please send us a mail at info@lzrlights.com. After recieving your email we will confirm your request for return and we will refund the paid amount for that order. We can only allow returns for undamaged goods in the original packaging If you wish to return damaged goods please tell so in your email. Please do not return goods without our confirmation. We will have to decline unconfirmed returns. We do not accept charges for return shipping costs unless stated.
